Why and What is the N.B.C. Method?
Fundamentals are how we build the Mind-Body-Spirit. If we do not have a solid foundation to grow our roots, then we need to cultivate the soil for the roots to grow. For the flower can only bloom if the soil is well tended and looked after.
No matter how I evolve and grow in my life, I always go back to the fundamentals. Why do we feel going backwards is a bad thing? When really we are being drawn to the fundamentals. It is how we perceive this process of taking a step back so we can see a new light through the intellect of the mind.
What is the N.B.C. Method?
N = tapping into the nervous system
B = learning to use your breath and become aware of the breath of life
C = releasing control & surrendering to the flow of life

What is R&R Meditation?
R&R is the abbreviation of rest & recovery, as well as roses & rainbows. The Rose is a high frequency and symbolizes tranquility and calmness; the feeling you get when you smell the aroma of a rose. The Rainbow symbolizes the 7 main chakra centers. Chakras are energy points in the body that allow us to coordinate with each part of the body's function. Color represents the Light of God, the Infinite Creator, as Source Light hits the prism it creates the rainbow.
In R&R meditation, I walk you through step by step using my N.B.C. method. Next, I give you a focus point one by one through the 7 main chakra centers, while incorporating sound and a mantra/affirmation.
This practice is to be utilized everyday for a minimum of 21 days. This is where you will reap the benefits of R&R meditation. R&R meditation will have 3 parts to it. The first 5 to 6 minutes is breath work and connecting to your heart. The second is the main part with connecting to each chakra and the third part is only sound. In total the length of the meditation is 30 minutes. Depending on what you need that day you can use it accordingly.
Are you ready to feel calm and tranquil?
You will receive a recording on an mp3 so you can play it wherever you go. (However, it is advised not to do so while driving.) Also, you will receive a free pdf of the 7 Chakra Mantras/Affirmations and an intro.

Background: About Gira Schofield
I am a Spiritual Teacher & Alchemy Coach, USUI/Holy Fire Reiki Master, and Medical Intuitive.
My meditation practices began around the age of 10 years old, when I started visualization and affirmation practices. As a former professional tennis player, top #20 collegiate athlete, and #1 ranked junior in the G16s nation, I honed in on these daily practices throughout my tennis career. It allowed me to utilize my nerves and prepare my mind-body-soul for competition.

Also, as I developed these skills I found I was able to use it for interviews, speaking at organizations, school tests, papers, presentations, the SAT's, getting my wisdom teeth pulled, traveling around the world, and even social events. It became a way of life for me through a daily practice of saying my affirmations 2-3xday and visualizing as I would fall asleep. As I got older my meditation practices grew and I went deeper into a variety of meditation processes. From there I developed my own form of meditation, called R&R meditation, that incorporates trance-like meditation, pranayama (control of breath), mantras/affirmations, crystal bowls, the Light & Sound of Source, along with intuitive guidance that is specific to that person or group of people.
